When you get an order
What happens after a shopper buys, and what you need to do.
- You get an email for every new order.
- See it in your dashboard: go to Orders and tap the order to see what was bought.
- Get the item to us. We ship every order to the shopper ourselves, so you never ship to shoppers or pay for that shipping. Before your first sale we’ll tell you how and where to send your products.
- We ship it and mark the order Completed. Your share is then added to your balance.
Can’t supply something that was ordered? Tell us right away so we can refund the shopper.
