Warranty & Support
Last updated: October 7, 2026
Here is what to do if something you bought from us has a problem, and how we can help.
Our warranty
One Dollar Shopper does not offer its own extended warranty. Many products come with a warranty from the manufacturer. Where the manufacturer provides one, that warranty applies, and the manufacturer decides what it covers and for how long.
If your item arrives damaged or defective
This is covered by our returns policy. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem. We pay the return shipping, or tell you if you don’t need to send the item back. Then we replace the item or refund you in full, including the original shipping. Read the details in Returns & Exchanges.
If a problem shows up later
After the first 7 days, the manufacturer’s warranty is the place to start, if the product has one. Email us with your order number, the product name and what’s wrong. We’ll help you contact the manufacturer or the seller.
Manufacturers usually ask for proof of purchase, so keep your order confirmation email.
Items from independent sellers
Some products come from independent sellers who have shops on our site. We are still your contact for any problem. We handle returns and refunds, and we can help you contact the seller about the product.
How to get help
Email orders@onedollarshopper.com or use our help page. Please include:
- your order number
- the product name
- what’s wrong, with photos if you can
Your rights
The consumer laws where you live may protect you, for example if goods are faulty. A store policy can’t take those rights away, and this page doesn’t affect them. See also our Terms and Conditions.
